today we went to the otara pools to use the gym .
i did alot of exercise focusing on the upper body and did 10 minutes on the rowing machine .
my behaviour in the gym today was good because i was hard out on the machines .
today was pretty hard because i pushed myself to do lots of weights and it was tyring .
