team work is when you work as a team , which is when everyone cooparate with each other and what makes good team work is when everyone listens to each other and when people allow others to have an opinon.
and when people have a leader to give directions , but everyone has to work together , if no one listens or follow instructions then your team wouldnt be good because everyone will be doing thier own thing . and wouldnt be paying attention to the game .
